Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They cancel and replace any previous versions. Please print or save these terms for future use as we cannot guarantee that they will remain accessible on our website in future. These terms and conditions are available in the English language only.

Where we refer to "Consumer" below we mean an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that person's trade, business, craft or profession.

 
Changes To The Terms And Conditions
 

We may change these terms and conditions by posting the revised version on our website at any time. Please check our website from time to time. You will be bound by the revised agreement if you continue to use our website following the effective date shown.

 
Orders
 

Any order you place will constitute an offer capable of acceptance by us. We will not be obliged to accept an order and we reserve the right to refuse an order without giving any reason.

You may cancel an order at any time until confirmation of order, however you may not at any time cancel any order for goods that are customised to meet your particular requirements. Each order if accepted by us shall constitute a separate severable contract.

 
Price of the goods
 

All prices are subject to change without notice. All product pricing is inclusive of UK VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. Promotional product prices will be displayed with savings and duration and these prices will only apply during the promotional period.

 
Payment Conditions
 

Except in special conditions requiring a special agreement, (XX) payment conditions are as follows:

- by Debit or Credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Delta);


We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Visa Electron, Solo Cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift cards. To give you even more confidence in shopping online with us, we have introduced 3D secure payment. This enhances your existing credit/debit card accounts against unauthorised use when you shop with us.

 
Delivery
 

As we provide our own free shipping service we will not reimburse any additional shipping payments made by the customer.


When purchasing a product from Dimprice the courier used is selected by the (XX E-commerce company). As we use a delivery option that is a signed for service, we are unable to leave with a neighbour or in a 'safe' place. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address.

Dimprice.co.uk is only intended for use by UK Mainland residents. We do not accept orders from outside the Mainland UK and will not dispatch products. A valid postcode must be entered when completing the delivery address.

 
Risk and Property
 

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received payment of the charges in full by cash or cleared funds payment for all goods that we have agreed to sell to you pursuant to a confirmation of order. Until such time as the title in the goods passes to you, you will hold the goods as a bailee and keep the goods separately from any other goods belonging to you or any third party and properly stored, protected and insured and identified as our property. Until such time as title in the goods passes to you, we may at any time require you to deliver up the goods to us and, if you fail to do so, enter any premises where the goods are stored to repossess the goods.

 
Warranty And Liability
 

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) d) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession); or e) defective Goods under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in Contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for: a) any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; b) loss or corruption of data, information or software; c) loss of anticipated savings; d) loss of goodwill; or e) any indirect or consequential loss, even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable or if the customer had advised the Seller of the possibility of such loss All trading agreements are subject to (XX E-commerce Ltd) Terms and Conditions. Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in Contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the Contract price for the relevant order.
